1. What is sold

The VIZIR COLIBRI device — a VR runner manufactured by the Seller — together with its software: firmware, processing server, SteamVR driver and configuration app.

2. What is not included

Two M5Stick S3 sensors are not included and are not sold by the Seller. The Buyer purchases them separately from a third party. The device does not work without them. The Seller is not responsible for the quality, delivery time or compatibility of sensors bought by the Buyer.

3. Price and payment

The minimum pre-order amount is ₽1,600. The Buyer may pay more; any amount above the minimum counts as voluntary support of the project. Payment runs through a third-party payment service. A receipt is issued through the Russian “My Tax” app.

4. Delivery timing

Shipping is expected to start not later than 01.02.2027. Any delay is announced in advance on the Telegram channel and to the contact given at payment. If the date moves, the Buyer may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Refunds

Before shipping, the Buyer may cancel at any time without giving a reason. Refunds go back through the original payment method within 10 calendar days of the request. After delivery, Russian consumer protection law applies.

6. Warranty

The warranty period is 3 days from delivery. It does not cover damage from disassembly or moisture, nor the M5Stick S3 sensors bought by the Buyer.
