Privacy policy

This website belongs to Vizir Vsevolod Romanovich, a self-employed individual under the Russian professional income tax regime. Here is what happens to visitors’ data.

What data I collect, and why

Ordinary pages ask nothing about you: no sign-up, no newsletter, no analytics counters. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Personal data is collected in one place only — the pre-order form. For delivery within Russia that means full name, delivery address and email. For delivery elsewhere: name, a contact of your choice and email. A note is stored too, if you leave one.

This data serves exactly two purposes: delivering the device you paid for, and contacting you about dates, dispatch or a refund. It is used for nothing else.

Where the data is kept

The data travels with your payment to the YooKassa service and is stored there. It is not kept on my server, which only receives the form, passes it to the payment service and forgets it. The servers are located in the Russian Federation. I access this information through the YooKassa dashboard and use it to ship your order.

Consent and withdrawal

Data is accepted only after you tick the consent box in the form. You can withdraw consent, ask what is held, or request correction or deletion at any time — write to me on Telegram. Note that deleting the data before dispatch makes delivery impossible, so the pre-order is then cancelled and refunded.

Server logs

The web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. These records exist for attack protection and fault diagnosis, are kept for no longer than 14 days, and are never used to build a visitor profile. Pre-order form contents never reach the logs. The server is located in the Russian Federation.

Links to external services

Support and pre-order buttons lead to a third-party payment service; contact links lead to Telegram, Kick and YouTube. Once you follow a link, that service handles your data under its own rules. From the payment service I receive only what is required to fulfil an order: amount, date and a contact for shipping.

Your rights

You may ask what information about you I hold, and request its correction or deletion. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on personal data.
